Peggy Gilmer

Business Owner and Executive Coach

First and most important, I love coaching. When asked to help open the Boeing Leadership Center and bring the coaching dimension into the Executive Program, I knew I had found my ultimate career path. That was in 1999 and I’ve never considered another professional path. Since then, I’ve worked with hundreds of executives and leaders in Fortune 100 companies, small businesses, and tech startups as part of the Techstars Accelerator program.

I based the development program I designed and ran at Boeing on the training I received from two giants in the industry - Personnel Decisions, Inc. and Center for Creative Leadership Center - as well as my education in Business Administration, Psychology and Organization Systems Renewal. The tools, methods and structural approaches in my toolkit have been refined over the course of 25 years as an executive coach and management consultant. These approaches are the same ones I taught my students at Seattle University and the University of Washington.

My intention is to save you a decade of personal and leadership development by focusing on developing your skills in the following four areas:

  • Self Mastery: Growing into a more powerful, loving and discerning individual.

  • Leadership: Becoming a leader capable of discerning and flexing his/her leadership style to meet the needs of the moment.

  • Team: Developing teams that communicate, negotiate and perform powerfully and cooperatively.

  • Culture: Creating the environment where people are both enthusiastic and productive.
