Tamara has over 20-years of marketing experience - from large organizations like Pfizer, Avon, L’Oreal, Revlon, Estee Lauder, and Coty to small companies like Farmasi and Made By Collective. She’s led marketing strategies for some of the biggest beauty brands in the industry, helped international brands launch in the US, and led new beauty product development from concept to launch. Most of her experience has been in beauty, but she’s also worked as a consultant with fashion and jewelry brands like Kate Spade and Swarovski and beauty startups!
Her work with both large international brands and start-up to mid-sized businesses with varying business models and levels of resources makes her experience extremely unique and a huge asset to any beauty startup or small business owner operating in the personal consumer products and beauty industries.
